As has already been shown (see here), former Thorpes LDV Convoy minibus N400FET was converted to a van by Metroline in late 2006. This view taken outside Holloway garage on 22nd January 2007 shows the rather rudimentary rear door fitted, as well as the oversize roof beacon.

DVLA website shows it as licensed until 01/04/07. Conversion work undertaken by Bangers-R-Us. ;-)
