Note text:	Design code TT082A was for prototype 'Tip-Air' tank wagon RLS12200 built in 1976. It was soon realised that this was a bulk powder wagon rather than a tank wagon. The TOPS code was changed from TTB-C to PEB-C and new design code PE001B issued.
