Note text:	Became derailed whilst working a Bromford Bridge to Bescot freight on 6th July 1966. Unfortunately it derailed under a bridge, causing significant damage to the front end of the loco. Rescued later in the day by 8F 48646 and shunters D3582 and D3975.
