Note text:	In train 6V17 Allington to Whatley on the 19th September 1997, which was hit at speed by a HST at Southall, resulting in 7 people losing their lives. The wagon remains on TOPS, showing as being at Old Oak Common, having moved there in train 6Z99 on the 21st September 1997.
