| It would appear that Volkswagen Transporter 8430VW is now the designated fuel delivery vehicle for LUL. Rather an odd role for a minibus, but it is used in conjunction with a mini-tanker trailer, and it is believed that its function is to re-fuel track maintenance machines. Latterly used with trailer T70, a new (and larger) trailer by Fuel-Proof was delivered in early 2018, and was seen behind 8430VW arriving back at Acton Works on 7th June 2018. |
