| At the Worthing Bus Rally on 30th July 2023, preserved Leyland Titan Breakdown Tender 1279LD was carrying a portable generator to provide power to 'tea bus' RML2333. This view of the rear shows the fold-back doors, the rudimentary tail-lift and some of the interior shelving. It makes for an interesting comparison with a similar photo taken in 1970 whilst 1279LD was still with LT. |
