Built 1922 Doncaster as Vestibule Composite to GNR Gresley diagram 164K. Initially numbered 2701, then 2701N, then 42701. To camping coach 157 in 10/1958. To Divisional Engineer Messing and Sleeping Coach DE321089 c.1965. To internal user 041593 at Boston c.1982. Sold to W Hall at Swineshead Bridge 1988. Resold to Stoneyford Lodge Hotel, Heanor 1991. Later to Severn Valley Railway.
